Due to the perishable nature of our freezer meals, we are unable to accept physical returns once the product has left our temperature-controlled facility. If you experience an issue with your delivery or the quality of your meals, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receipt for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon receiving your Beehive Meals order, immediately inspect the packaging and ensure all items are present and arrived frozen or refrigerator-cold.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the shipping box, the thermal liner, and the specific meal labels in question.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and documentation to request a refund or account credit.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days to issue a replacement or credit for any items that did not meet our high quality standards.
